Abstract

In this study, we propose a 3D flight shooting game with intuitive control. The proposed game environment consists of a game controller with a dynamic vibration module and a virtual environment. The user manipulates the attitude and missile launch of the fighter aircraft in the virtual environment through the proposed game controller, and the game proceeds with the scenario of destroying the enemy aircraft within a limited time through such manipulation. The proposed game controller includes an ARS (Attitude Reference System) module so that the aircraft can be operated intuitively. In order to haptically convey the feeling of the missile moving from the aircraft to the user, the game controller is equipped with a dynamic vibration module capable of generating vibration flow. We expect to provide a more immersive game environment through intuitive operation and realistic haptic sensation.
